Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. SCT has also been shown to help with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress, depression and anxiety. BioMagnetic Therapy: BioMagnetic therapy, also called biomagnetic pair therapy, is a natural and safe therapy that re-establishes a normal cellular environment through the use of pairs of magnets of medium intensity. The goal is to equalize the organism’s pH level – a critical determinant of health. According to medical biomagnetism, which was discovered by Dr Isaac Goiz in 1988 , a large number of complex diseases are associated with changes in the pH level in the internal organs and with the presence of viruses, bacteria, fungus, parasites, toxins, and other harmful factors. On the other hand, the development of illness cannot develop with a balanced pH level, and BioMagnetic therapy aims to restore pH balance, so that the body can do what it does best which is heal thy self. BioMagnetic therapy uses BioMagnetic pair uses pairs of magnets of opposite charges to depolarize areas in the body that are unbalanced due to pathogens or other factors that resonate energetically and vibrationally. Tuning Forks  and SOUND Therapy: Tuning fork therapy is a type of alternative medicine that uses sound vibrations to heal the body. With the use of tuning forks, practitioners can target specific areas of the body that are out of balance. This therapy is said to help improve overall health and well-being by restoring balance within the body using the vibrations that the tuning forks emit.  The theory behind it is that these vibrations can help to restore balance and harmony within the body, mind and spirit.  The purpose of tuning fork therapy are multifold, such as reducing stress, relieving pain and improving circulation. AromaTouch Therapy: The AromaTouch Technique is a very safe and gentle massage like experience. It’s great on it’s own or you could combine with Reiki for an enhanced experience. There are many benefits of the AromaTouch Technique including: Promotes relaxation Lessens tension Aromatic experience Overall feeling of wellness Positively affects different body systems Returns the body to homeostasis Immune support Helps reduce inflammation in the body  Access Consciousness: Access Bars are 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that stop you from creating a life you love. RayKEYS (evolution of Reiki): RayKEYS is a form of energy balancing and activation developed by Elasa Tiernan after 25 years of teaching and practicing  Traditional Reiki. This technique aligns to 1 of 12 RayKEY lights and vibrations and channeled to the client by sound, hands, and telepathy.
