New Job Ritual

The New Job Ritual is performed with the intention of supporting your search for new employment and helping open the door to career opportunities that align with your goals. Whether you’re unemployed, looking to leave your current position, hoping to change careers, or searching for a fresh start, this ritual is focused on creating conditions that encourage new opportunities and positive career movement. Searching for a job can be exciting, but it can also be stressful and discouraging, especially with how this current job market is set up. Finding the right position often requires patience, persistence, and a bunch of following up.  This ritual work focuses on opening the path to new employment opportunities, attracting favorable circumstances throughout your job search, and helping remove energetic obstacles that may be contributing to delays in finding the right position. Choose this ritual when you are actively searching for a new job, changing careers, preparing for interviews or even going up for a promotion.  Please not that this ritual will not drop a job on your doorstep. You must also do your part of continuing to apply, interview and put yourself out there for recruiters.
