NEW & IMPROVED | Matte Clay

New and Improved Creamier Formula We took our classic Matte Clay and made it smoother, creamier, and easier to apply without changing the performance you already trust. This upgraded version spreads effortlessly, gives better control, and finishes with a cleaner matte look. Same great medium to firm hold, now with improved texture and application. PERFORMANCE: HOLD: Medium to firm SHINE: Matte TEXTURE: Thick and creamy SCENT: Subtle notes of lavender, earthy moss, and musk. Light and clean so it will not clash with your cologne or preferred fragrance.   DESCRIPTION Clay products are all over the market and most of them miss the mark. Some leave your hair bone dry and unhealthy. Others are greasy, heavy, or impossible to work through. Holds range from stiff and crunchy to weak and wispy. Lockhart’s Matte Clay sits right in the middle where great styling actually happens. It gives honest medium hold that moves naturally, stays touchable, and keeps its shape. The matte finish is healthy, not dusty or chalky, and a small amount goes a long way. It is the ideal everyday clay for texture, structure, and clean definition without any of the frustrating tradeoffs. HOW TO USE Work a small amount into blow dried hair from back to front. Add more in small amounts until the desired hold is reached. Pro tip: Blow dry with medium heat to set your shape, then switch to the cool setting while styling. Heat gives your hair memory. Cool air locks it in for a true matte finish and all day control. Hair stays workable and can be restyled at any time with just your hands. Looking for our original matte clay? Click here.
