We thought this test batch would be a fun experiment that would never leave the test kitchen, but after hearing the reviews we knew we had something special.   Slow-smoked pork butt, braised in dark stout until it’s fall-apart tender, then pulled and glazed with the malty, slightly sweet reduction of stout beer.
