German Holiday Cookie Class with Guest Baker Charles Dority 🇩🇪

Step into the warmth and wonder of a traditional German kitchen this holiday season! We’re thrilled to welcome guest instructor Charles Dority, whose deep German heritage and passion for baking will bring to life two of his most cherished holiday cookie recipes: Zimtschnecken — tender, cinnamon-kissed spirals (think “cinnamon snails”) that melt in your mouth ❤️ Liebesgrübchen — buttery “love dimples” filled with luscious jam and old-world charm Many of you have met Charles as he has taken just about every class we have offered.  Something Charles would like you to know:   I used to spend countless hours every holiday with my mom baking literally thousands of cookies. We would then pack them up and share them with friends and family from all over. Though I no longer live near my mom, we continue to bake together via FaceTime to keep the tradition alive".  Although Charles may not be able to bake in person with his family he loves baking with Culinary by Hobby Hill and all those that select our classes.   We look forward to baking with you with this very special holiday class. In addition to Charles’s beloved bakes, the Hobby Hill team will guide you through two festive favorites: 🎄 Stollen Bites – a mini twist on the classic German holiday bread, bursting with fruit and spice 🌰 Lebkuchen Cookies – rich, spiced cookies with deep roots in German tradition This hands-on class is perfect for holiday bakers, cookie lovers, or anyone craving a sweet taste of heritage and heart.
