New England Style IPA Hops Sampler Pack

When it comes to brewing the perfect IPA, everyone knows hops play the starring role. But which hops and in what combination is a topic for endless debate and obsessive experimentation. Lucky for you we've gathered a full pound of the most promising, in-demand hop pairings for IPA lovers, so you can mix and match like a pro. Love a juicy New England-style IPA? Then this is the perfect pack for you. NE IPAs rely on an exquisitely balanced combo of bitter and fruity hops, and this assortment offers fruit-forward classics like Citra and Mosaic, as well as hot new varietals, like El Dorado, Amarillo®, and Galaxy. Pick and choose the hops and proportions your palate dictates and you're guaranteed to brew up an amazing IPA, custom designed by you. Your Hops Sampler Pack includes: 4 oz Citra Hops - Tropical fruit and strong citrus make this relatively new American hop variety a great flavor and aroma addition to your brew. High alpha and strong tropical fruit aromas and flavors (think mango, papaya, and pineapple).  3 oz Mosaic Hops - Offering an incredible combo of floral, fruity and earthy notes, Mosaic hops complement a wide variety of flavors. Everything from citrus, pine, earth, herbal, mint, bubblegum, blueberry, lime peel, black pepper. This chameleon hop variety pairs perfectly with Citra and Galaxy hops. 3 oz Galaxy Hops - This in-demand Aussie hop variety showcases fresh flavors of gentle citrus and passion fruit, making it a great choice for IPAs with a juicy tropical twist. Comparable to Citra, but with a bit more grassy flavor. Due to the high cohumulone content of this hop, it works best as a late addition or dry hop. 3 oz El Dorado Hops - This spectacular, new dual-purpose hop brings both firm, balanced bittering properties, as well as a unique, intensely fruity flavor and aroma. Bright, tropical flavors of pineapple and mango dance with aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruit and candy. A true feast for the palate. 3 oz Amarillo® Hops - A favorite of craft brewers, Amarillo® hops are often described as a turbocharged version of Cascade, but with a distinctly different orange-forward character. It's an excellent flavor/aroma hop for American Ales, with enticing notes of floral, tropical and spice, alongside loads of orange/lemon/grapefruit citrus thanks to its sky-high Myrcene oil content. Amarillo® can be hard to come by. One taste and you'll understand the demand! AMARILLO® is a trademark owned by Virgil Gamache Farms, Inc.
