Cheese & Chocolate Club

We've taken our perennially popular Monthly Cheese Club and kicked it up a notch. Then we kicked it up another notch by making it even better than what you've seen before! Saxelby's Cheese and Chocolate Club is a three month club, meaning you'll get three separate installments of perfect cheese and chocolate pairings! Each shipment includes three hand-cut cheeses totaling 1.5 lbs, three bars of Fine & Raw chocolate, and detailed tasting notes. Giving this as a gift? Download a Welcome Letter to give to the lucky recipient! Example pairings include: Mesquite Chocolate Bar & Red Rock -  An orange cheddar with lines of blue. Peanutty and mushroomy, with an allium bite.  Raspberry Chocolate Bar & Nancy's Camembert - Silky, buttery, and creamy, this sheep and cow's milk cheese just melts on the tongue! Hazelnut Butter Bar & Pecora Nocciola - A pecorino-style cheese busting with macadamia nut flavor.  How Does it Work?
