Her notable works include Priest, American Queen, and A Merry Little Meet Cute. She lives with her husband and family in Kansas City. Teddy Hamilton (Embry Moore) is a staple name in romance audio, contributing his voice to hundreds of audiobooks for best selling independent and traditionally published authors alike. An eclectic story teller and broadly talented actor, his work spans nearly all sub-genres of the Romance craft. Sophie Eastlake (Greer Galloway): Julia Whelan's Audie-nominated romance pseudonym Sophie Eastlake has been brought out of retirement for the New Camelot series. Heaven help her. jmwhelan.com Shane East (Merlin): If you listen to British romance heroes, then you probably know Shane East. With a career spanning theater, film, TV, and voice, Shane has become one of the most highly sought-after male romance narrators in the industry. A multi-award-winning actor with his own production company and a catalogue of work encompassing some of the biggest names in romance writing, he also loves to cook, travel, and still can't resist a good ol' cup of tea — and this after seventeen years of living in California! You can find Shane playing everything from orcs to dukes to Aussie mafia dons in over five hundred books, or catch up with him as he chats (and sometimes dances) away on Instagram at @ShaneEastReads. Valerie Azlynn (Abilene): At seventeen, Valerie Azlynn moved to New York to attend film school and soon earned a spot in the Magic Circle Opera Repertory ensemble. She has been acting ever since. She is best known for her series regular role on the TBS comedy Sullivan & Son and her recurring role on ABC’s Schooled. Valerie has also starred or guest-starred on numerous television shows and her film credits include Universal’s The Little Rascals (as “Miss Crabtree”), Tropic Thunder, and Hancock, among many, many others. At 13, Valerie underwent open-heart surgery to repair a congenital atrial septal defect. She now serves as the national spokesperson for Mended Little Hearts, passionately advocating for children with congenital heart defects. This project marks Valerie’s audiobook debut, and she’s honored to join such an extraordinary team in bringing this story to life. And Introducing... Rex Rhys (Maxen Ashley Colchester): Rex Rhys is, among many things, a linguist and traveler. He looks for adventure in the ordinary, an intriguing conversation, and the pleasures of the soul. He is equally stimulated by the quiet rhythms of nature and the pulse of city streets. But no matter what, he always has a book in hand and a story to tell. Always. You can find him on Instagram @rex_rhys or cutting through the highlands on his motorcycle.
