New American Cuisine Pinot Gris Cookbook – Recipes from Outstanding American Chefs as seen on Public Television

King Estates Winery On offer is a previously owned 1995 paperback in excellent condition. The book represents a collection of  “recipes from twenty-two noted American chefs that highlight the versatility of pinot gris and celebrate regional influences and seasonal ingredients.” There is a bio of each of the contributing chefs as well as photographs of the finished dishes. Two of my favorites are included: Susan Spicer and Alice Waters; I’ll bet you will find some favorites as well as – in 1995 – newcomers. The recipes are surprisingly straightforward.
