Neue Schule Turtle Tactio Baucher Bit

From the TRT Bit Fitter: I love the concept of the Turtle Tactio mouthpiece then adding it to the Baucher cheekpiece is a brilliant idea. The Turtle Tactio mouthpiece helps those sensitive horses that don't like the pressure on the bars, likely due to the shape, previous sores, or other sensitivity in this area. The Baucher cheekpiece creates negative poll pressure, also for the sensitive horses that overreact to pressure on the poll. If your horse seems to struggle with pressure points of their bit or bridle or their mouth conformation is so that there could be some bar sensitivity, this combination of mouth and cheekpiece will allow good communication with the horse without adding pressure to these sensitive areas. Ask us how you can trial this bit!  *The Baucher cheeck piece is appropriate at all levels of competition in USEF-sanctioned equestrian sports and FEI. From the Manufacturer: The Turtle Tactio™ with Flex mouthpiece Specifically engineered to accommodate the larger or sensitive tongue.  Often negates the need to shut the mouth. FlexT Baucher This combination of Baucher cheek and Turtle Tactio mouthpiece usually helps the rider to achieve and maintain a rounder and more correct outline. If your horse is constantly resisting, strung out or coming above the bit the usual response to the Turtle Tactio Baucher is a head lowering action and softer feel through the rein.  This design often proves beneficial for the over sensitive mouth. Highly recommended where help is needed for straightness and bend.
