DLG Quality Seal The independent German laboratory that benchmarks John Deere, Krone, and Claas equipment has tested and certified XES Net Wrap as a high-quality product. View Test Report Knitted strength. Field-proven. XES Extreme uses a patented warp-inserted knitted chain structure — high-tenacity HDPE warp threads locked at every weft cross. It’s the geometry that lets dozens of strips engage on every wrap, so even heavy, wet, or irregular bales hold tight from the field through winter feeding. Specifications Specification XES Extreme Strength 680 lbf* per strip — tested per DIN EN ISO 527-3, determining the tensile properties of plastic films or sheets Material Eco-friendly HDPE (high-density polyethylene) UV Resistance 12 months minimum — tested per DIN EN ISO 4892-2 (Procedure A), simulating approximately one year of German outdoor exposure (2,000 MJ/m²).
