Neprinol AFD®

Arthur Andrew Medical Neprinol AFD® Heart Health • Bone & Joint • Optimal Immunity Supports proper joint and circulatory function.  Neprinol is a proprietary combination of serrapeptase, nattokinase, protease, lipase, bromelain, papain, rutin, amla, and other proteolytic enzymes that are specially formulated to support healthy fibrin levels. Neprinol has been used to support immune and circulatory health, as well as maintain a healthy inflammatory response to everyday activity. As we age, our natural enzyme production decreases and many will experience an enzyme deficiency. Enzymes play a key role in digestion, circulation, and fibrin control. When enzymes are spread too thin, many functions do not work at optimal levels. Fibrin is a protein substance naturally formed in the human body. It plays a significant role in our health and general well-being. Fibrin is responsible for scar tissue formation and is produced in reaction to injury. Our bodies naturally maintain healthy fibrin levels with enzymes (principally plasmin) whose role is to attack and break down any excessive fibrin. As fibrin builds up in the body, it can cause many unhealthy conditions. When enzymes are lacking, many people may experience occasional: Fatigue and discomfort Delayed healing after exercise Fibrin buildup While aging is inevitable, symptoms associated with aging don’t have to be. Neprinol provides the right blend of systemic enzymes that your body needs for proper circulation and joint comfort. A Novel Way to Help Support Healthy Joint Function Promoting clean blood with Neprinol helps to maintain a healthy immune system. Powerful systemic enzymes support tissue repair and a healthy inflammatory response. Most Neprinol users will experience normal joint mobility, comfort, and range of motion. Typically, people try to promote these benefits using joint supplements that contain glucosamine and chondroitin, which may temporarily provide joint mobility and comfort; however, throughout the normal aging process these products act like nothing more than temporary band-aids. With advancing age, healthy joint mobility and comfort become exceedingly more important. The superior enzymatic potency of Neprinol supports the body’s natural repair processes as well as limiting inflammation from overexertion. Advanced Fibrin Defense Fibrin is a major component of scar tissue and blood clotting. Healthy adults maintain a normal fibrin equilibrium, which prevents the blood from becoming too thick and sticky. However, aging bodies have a more difficult time maintaining proper blood viscosity. As we age, our natural enzyme production decreases while the need for these enzymes is of increasing importance. By supplementing and replenishing the body's diminishing enzymes, Neprinol provides one of our most essential and basic biochemical needs. It supplements the body's natural fibrinolytic enzyme levels, thereby helping to maintain healthy fibrin levels. Healthy levels of these enzymes can assist the body in maintaining a healthy immune system, healthy joints, proper circulation, and an overall balanced reaction to overexertion. Neprinol contains a blend of fibrinolytic enzymes that support healthy blood viscosity. When healthy, our bodies will normally secrete sufficient levels of plasmin, an enzyme that acts as a natural blood thinner. Plasmin is responsible for maintaining normal blood viscosity by removing unnecessary proteins, specifically fibrin. Neprinol—like many fibrinolytic enzymes—supports healthy fibrin levels. Blood Viscosity and Neprinol Whole blood viscosity is a measure of the blood’s ability to flow freely throughout the arteries and veins in the circulatory system. It’s also described as the thickness and stickiness of blood. Having high blood viscosity increases the resistance of normal blood flow, which causes friction and abrasion against the vessel walls. It can also lead to decreased oxygen delivery to organs and tissue inflammation. Effective Immune System Support The immune system is the body's biological system that protects itself from disease. One of the ways the immune system protects the body is by producing antibodies in response to antigens. Antigens are anything in the body that’s capable of inducing an immune response. This includes bacteria, viruses, and even undigested food. Antibodies are able to deactivate antigens, but when doing so, they create proteins in the bloodstream called immune complexes. Over time, immune complexes can build up, creating unwanted immune reactions in the tissues and joints of the body. The enzymatic potency of Neprinol can help break down these proteins, supporting the body’s natural repair processes as well as limiting inflammation from overexertion. Efficacy is of the utmost importance to doctor and patient alike. Neprinol addresses this concern with a proven potency that can be administered with confidence by healthcare professionals. Contains no artificial colors or preservatives.  This formula is Kosher. *Enteric coatings are designed to protect enzymes and other supplements from stomach acid. Plastic-like chemicals known as phthalates are often used in this coating process. Phthalates are actually banned in children's toys in Europe and Mexico, so Arthur Andrew Medical excludes them from their formulas. They have instead developed an all-natural, chemical-free acid armor capsule. These capsules are comprised of an extra thick layer of cellulose (vegetable capsules) with a micro threaded locking mechanism to prevent leaking. Acid armor capsules have been designed to delay the release of the capsule's contents for up to an hour, without the use of potentially harmful chemicals. Nattokinase: A fibrinolytic enzyme derived from the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis that can help to maintain normal blood viscosity and normal cardiovascular health. Serrapeptase: A proteolytic (protein digesting) enzyme with potent fibrinolytic activity can support healthy fibrin concentrations. It has been clinically shown to support healthy mucus viscosity and promote normal recovery after physical stress. Lipase: Used systemically, this enzyme digests fats in the blood and can help convert fats into fatty acids, which may be expressed or retained as energy. Protease: A proteolytic enzyme that, when present in blood serum, plays an important role in the blood’s health. It can also help support a healthy immune system and improve circulatory health. Amla: Derived from Indian Gooseberry, amla contains tannic acid, glucose, cellulose, and calcium. Amla helps maintain pH balance, and has a high concentration of naturally derived vitamin C. Papain: A proteolytic enzyme derived from papaya that can promote normal healing and inflammation from overexertion. Rutin: A flavonoid (plant pigment) that helps to maintain strong capillaries and connective tissue, as well as healthy blood vessels. CoQ10: Decreases the proliferation of free radicals, supporting a healthy immune system. CoQ10 helps promote maintenance of normal cardiovascular function and is a coenzyme that is essential for enzymes to function in the body. Magnesium: Promotes a healthy cardiovascular system, and is essential for cell repair, hormones, and a regular heartbeat. Magnesium also helps reduce the effects of increased stress. Suggested Use  Take Neprinol with eight ounces of water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Larger daily doses may be divided into two or three servings per day. Maintenance: Two to three capsules per day. Increased Support: Four to six capsules per day. Therapeutic: Nine Capsules per day. For best results, take the product at least one hour prior to eating and/or two hours after a meal.  Although every person is different, some have reported feeling the effects of systemic enzymes in as little as 45 minutes. For therapeutic regimens, the progression may be slow for some and quicker for others. Typically, supplementing the product for a minimum of one month's time is recommended, with the best results occurring anywhere from one to three months thereafter. Neprinol can be used safely with other dietary supplements. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place with lid tightly closed.  More Info.  What are enzymes? Enzymes are proteins (or protein-based molecules) that act as catalysts in biochemical reactions. Every enzyme has a specific reactant known as a substrate, which can be thought of like a lock and a key. Only a specific enzyme (or key) will react (or unlock) its substrate. This is the reason why enzymes are unable to break down necessary and vital proteins, as they only react with certain harmful proteins in the body. What are systemic enzymes? When enzymes are introduced into the bloodstream, they work systemically, or throughout the entire body. Taking enzymes on an empty stomach allows them to work systemically since they will bypass the upper digestive process and enter the bloodstream through the small intestine. Systemic enzymes are similar to digestive enzymes, though certain enzymes are better designed for systemic activity as opposed to digestion due to the materials they react with, such as serrapeptase and nattokinase. These two enzymes are very efficient with the breakdown of a particular substance known as fibrin.
