Nepps

While you might want a nap if you try to count this little flock, they are called "Nepps." During wool processing, the cute little nepps are made as a by-product. Fiber artists have found that they are great for embellishing and adding texture! Nepps are a natural wool product that has been cleaned and processed, however occasionally there will be little grassy bits.  This is completely normal and referred to as "vegetable matter" in the fiber arts world - It is just a little reminder of how connected our craft is to the earth! 1/4 Cup of nepps
