Nepeta faassenii 'Walker's Low' Catmint

Nepeta faassenii 'Walker's Low' is a compact plant with gray-green, fragrant foliage and spikes of soft lavender-blue flowers. Named for its original location, rather than its size, Nepeta 'Walker's Low' is a substantial perennial that will make a statement in the landscape when it is in bloom. It may be cut back to promote heavy re-blooming. 'Walker's Low' is a favorite of landscapers and homeowners alike. It makes a nice substitute for Lavender and is a good plant for pollinators. Nepeta faassenii 'Walker's Low' prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil. 'Walker's Low' is drought tolerant once established and will tolerate coastal conditions. Catmint is usually deer and rabbit resistant, but your cat may find it simply irresistible.
