Soraya Cedeño Tagua Statement Necklace Handmade Ecuador Fair Trade Turquoise

Make a bold, eco-conscious statement with this breathtaking handmade necklace by Soraya Cedeño. A true work of wearable art, this piece is crafted in Ecuador from 100% natural and sustainable Tagua nuts, often called 'vegetable ivory' for its beauty and durability. A cascade of organically shaped, hand-carved Tagua pieces creates a stunning bib effect. The outer frames boast a vibrant turquoise-blue, sculpted into abstract teardrop loops. Nestled within, smooth, minty-green ovals provide a beautiful, eye-catching contrast. Each piece showcases the unique character and subtle variations inherent in artisan craftsmanship. The necklace is strung on a durable, natural tan leather cord, featuring an adjustable sliding knot closure for a perfect, customizable fit. Lightweight and comfortable, it can be worn as a choker or a longer statement piece, resting perfectly at the collarbone or décolletage. Embrace sustainable fashion and support fair-trade artisans with this unique, conversation-starting accessory. It's the perfect way to add a pop of Caribbean-inspired color and ethical style to any outfit, from a simple t-shirt to a beach-glam maxi dress.
