Nature Series Neko Flex Shad

The FishLab Nature Series Neko Flex Shad is a next-generation soft bait engineered to bring power, durability, and versatility to finesse and power-finesse applications alike. Purpose-built for Neko rigging, this innovative bait blends lifelike design with internal reinforcement to withstand repeated hook-ups and aggressive fish. At the core of the Neko Flex Shad is a stainless steel internal spine, dramatically increasing durability when nose-weighted and eliminating the common tearing issues associated with traditional Neko-style soft plastics. A strategically placed spring system runs along the rigging dots on the side of the bait, allowing anglers to quickly and securely rig without compromising bait integrity. This spring design is carefully positioned so it does not interfere with jighead rigging or dropshot nose rigging, making the bait extremely versatile across multiple techniques. When in motion, the Neko Flex Shad delivers heavy vibration similar to a lipless crankbait, creating a strong presence in the water that calls in fish from a distance. Whether swum through the mid water column or slowly worked along the bottom, the bait produces a consistent, fish-triggering action that excels in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Designed to be fished with a small nail weight inserted into the nose, the Neko Flex Shad maintains a natural yet aggressive posture that bass and other gamefish find irresistible. Available in 3”, 4”, and 5” sizes, and offered in a wide range of proven colors, this bait is built to match local forage and target everything from pressured largemouth bass to inshore saltwater species. If you’re looking for a soft bait that combines finesse presentation with serious vibration and long-lasting construction, the FishLab Nature Series Neko Flex Shad is built to deliver.
