This plant-based strainer, delicately crafted from fresh bodhi leaf veins, filters loose tea with ease. Place it on your cup and watch as the tea flows through the leaf, bringing a sense of tranquility to your teatime. When not in use, it doubles as a unique bookmark. Care Instructions: Pour tea slowly to avoid damaging the fine mesh. After use, rinse gently with water and air dry. Not dishwasher safe. Fun Fact: According to legend, Siddhartha Gautama achieved enlightenment under a Ficus religiosa tree, known as the "bodhi tree," around 500 BCE. These trees are sacred, recognized by their heart-shaped leaves and distinctive “drip tip,” and can live up to 1500 years.
