Peaceful Valley Native Grass Mix Seed (lb)

The Peaceful Valley Native Grass Mix is a smart, sustainable option for gardeners and land stewards looking to improve soil health, manage erosion, and support local ecosystems. This thoughtfully curated blend of drought-tolerant perennial grasses is adapted to the diverse conditions of California and the Western U.S., making it an excellent choice for pasture restoration, pollinator habitats, and low-maintenance landscapes. Once established, these native grasses develop deep, fibrous root systems that increase organic matter, improve water infiltration, and reduce surface runoff—vital components of regenerative soil management. With minimal irrigation needs and natural resilience to pests and diseases, this mix thrives in full sun and well-drained soils. It’s ideal for rewilding open spaces, stabilizing slopes, or incorporating into conservation-focused growing systems. Whether you’re rehabilitating a field, planting a meadow, or supporting beneficial wildlife in your home garden, this native grass seed mix offers lasting ecological value with minimal input. Sow in fall or early spring for best results, and allow time for gradual establishment. Once rooted, these grasses return year after year, creating a self-sustaining, biodiverse planting area.
