Native Entrepreneurs [DIGITAL]

In April 2018, Change Labs and Native Realities convened 15 Navajo and Zuni small business owners in Gallup, NM to discuss their thoughts and experience on being Native American entrepreneurs. The intent was to document the viewpoints of Native Entrepreneurship from Native Entrepreneurs. The result: this incredible comic workbook! Featuring illustrations by the incomparable Dale Deforest (Navajo) and written by Lee Francis 4 with help from Aaron Cuffee, this workbook contains 28 pages of an original comic that encapsulates the stories of Native Entrepreneurs in a fun and dynamic fashion. The workbook also includes reflections, understandings, and five lesson plans for K-12 students and classrooms. This amazing work is the first to focus on Native entrepreneurship and makes a great resource for that emerging entrepreneur or school classroom.
