Beit Jala's Figs Tee

The figs of Beit Jala, a town near Bethlehem, are among Palestine’s most cherished fruits, rooted in an ancient tradition that stretches back thousands of years. Beit Jala’s hillsides, with their rich soil and Mediterranean climate, nurture fig trees that produce fruit renowned for its sweetness, softness, and abundance.
