NAT Trigger Point Therapy Certification Course (19 hrs)

NAT Trigger Point Therapy A complete trigger point therapy training system for massage and manual therapists Trigger point therapy remains one of the most clinically relevant and widely used approaches in modern massage and manual therapy practice — yet it is also one of the areas where many therapists feel they need stronger foundations, better clinical reasoning, and more practical confidence. That is exactly what NAT Trigger Point Therapy was designed to provide. This expansive course brings together extensive video tutorials presented by Paul Townley MSc MMACP PT and Dr. Jonathan Kuttner DPT, a fully illustrated course text and trigger point reference system, and a detailed Clinical Companion Course designed to deepen learning and support long-term retention. Whether you are newer to trigger point therapy or looking to strengthen and refine existing skills, this course provides an exceptionally strong foundation in modern trigger point education while remaining practical, clinically grounded, and easy to apply in real treatment settings. One of NAT’s Most Popular Clinical Courses NAT Trigger Point Therapy has become a go-to reference course for massage therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and manual therapists seeking a comprehensive and clinically useful understanding of trigger points, referred pain, assessment, and treatment integration. Although the course is extremely comprehensive, the material has been carefully broken down into manageable sections that make it easy to study progressively and revisit later as an ongoing clinical reference. This is not simply a collection of isolated trigger point charts or treatment demonstrations. The course helps therapists understand: What trigger points are. How referred pain patterns work. Why perpetuating factors matter. How trigger points influence movement and dysfunction. How to assess trigger point presentations more effectively. How to integrate trigger point therapy into broader manual therapy care.
