Nasturtium Seeds

Grow lovely, trailing flowers with our Nasturtium Jewel Mix seeds. This is a dwarfed variety and doesn't require as much light as other Nasturtiums, and thrives in containers. The entire plant(except the roots) is edible and can be used in salads or cooking! Instructions: Nasturtiums are pretty hardy and can tolerate poorer soils or watering. They prefer cooler weather and don't tolerate hot weather as well, so they're best sown in early spring or fall.  About the seeds: difficulty beginner | intermediate | advanced germination time 14-21 days depth 1/8” spacing 3-4 seeds per planter or 18"-24“ apart recommended planter 6“-12" planter or box, or garden bed time to maturity 54-63 days seed prep pre-soak | scarification | stratification | none method greenhouse | paper towel method | direct sow temperature >60F About the Plants: description Long trailing plants with circular green leaves and colorful paper-y blooms ranging from yellows and pinks to oranges and reds. difficulty beginner | intermediate | advanced growth speed slow | medium | fast size of plant 12”-18” long, 12"-24" wide with 2.5" flowers  light full sun | partial sun | shade | grow lights  soil  well-draining coconut coir/peat-based potting mix   temperature  warm | cool pet-friendly cats | dogs | no pests aphids, whitefly, mealybugs  fertilization heavy | moderate | light     Hey, you.
