Napoleon Portrait Plate

Infamous tyrant or revered revolutionary hero? The matter may still be up for debate when it comes to Napoleon, but what is for certain is how charming our Napoleon Portrait Plate is. This dish features a vintage caricature drawing of le Petit Caporal in his iconic hand-in-waistcoat pose. This image was sourced from John Derian’s extensive collection of antique illustrations, calligraphy and paper goods and has been recreated under handblown glass by trained artisans in the celebrated designer’s NYC studio. Perfect for bringing a piece of world history to a tabletop or gallery wall, our Napoleon Portrait Plate would also make a great gift for your favorite francophile.   •handmade decoupage •vintage image •handblown glass •john derian   Dimensions: •10"W x 14"H
