Nano Rings

These portable, take-anywhere training blocks can be used as pairs for suspension training or individually for ground pulls, weight hangs, or an ultralight, ultra-compact travel and warming up at the crag option. Metolius athlete and coach Galina Parfenov has been competing and coaching professionally for 20 years, climbing to 8b and working with hundreds of athletes across the country. She put together a video on how she uses the nano rings in her day-to-day training. Galina also runs fully individualized online training programs through Parfenov Training. If you pick up the Metolius Nano Rings, you'll get a 20% off discount code for her programs in your post-purchase email.
