Nadine House Plan

Rustic stone, and a combination of split-shake and clapboard siding, along with three unique dormers, fashion the Nadine home's stately front elevation. Gorgeous sunburst-arched windows and detailed fretwork reveal the elegance of the Nadine home plan's French country style. Past the foyer, the spacious great room accesses the back porch through three sets of French doors. Inside the Nadine plan, columns and coffered ceilings enlarge the appearance of the grand room. Triple French doors open onto the column-lined rear veranda. A fireplace is nestled in between built-in cabinetry. Enjoy a good read in the private study. The kitchen of the Nadine home plan boasts an eating bar and easy, open entry to the nook and formal dining room. A bay-window breakfast nook, large corner walk-in pantry, central island, wraparound snack counter and French door access to the rear veranda all work together to create an ideal kitchen. From the verandah there is entry to a combination pool bath, or from the inside, a guest bath. A large study with built-ins, private master suite and ample living area on the upper level add to the designs appeal. Glance upward to the stepped ceilings featured in the dining room and plush, bayed window master suite. His and hers walk in closets lead to the master bath. Built-ins and walk-in closets are located in the two upstairs bedrooms that share a full bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens up to a private balcony. An over-the-garage bonus room houses a bonus bath. This floor plan offers 2923 square feet of living area, and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is designed with a crawlspace foundation. Are you interested in having a custom home plan designed just for you?
