M33 V2 BluOS Streaming DAC Amplifier

Benefiting from half a decade of technological innovation since the release of its acclaimed predecessor, the NAD M33 V2 integrated amplifier delivers cutting-edge improvements at every level. Enhanced digital-to-analogue and analogue-to-digital conversion, advanced signal processing, refined bass management and room correction, and an upgrade to second-generation Purifi Eigentakt™ Class D amplifier modules all contribute to a new reference standard in audiophile stereo amplifier design. With improved signal-to-noise ratio, lower noise, sharper imaging, and superior timing—thanks in part to new ESS DAC and ADC technologies and Dirac Live Bass Control—the NAD Masters M33 V2 delivers high-resolution audio that’s immersive, lifelike, and emotionally resonant. It remains the ultimate audiophile amplifier with streaming for the modern music lover. Dragon Cable Recommendation: We recommend pairing the NAD Electronics M33 with the Black Dragon Power Cable, Black Dragon Speaker Cable, and Black Dragon Interconnect Cable. The Black Dragon Interconnect Cable with RCA connectors will allow you to connect the M33 to other devices within your setup, like preamps, Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs), and network streamers. With a braided geometry and amazing shielding, this interconnect is a remarkable solution where noise isolation is key. For use in your home theater setup, our Black Dragon Speaker Cable is the perfect fit. It's a smooth, transparent-sounding cable that falls on the warm side of neutral, yet is very dynamic. It utilizes 4 x 11 AWG ultra-pure, slow-drawn annealed and enamel-coated copper conductors that smooth out the top end while adding bottom-end weight, making the midrange sound more musical. It's a great cable for vocals and a variety of music genres. Available in a variety of lengths and terminations, the Black Dragon Speaker Cable can be configured in standard, biwire, or biwire/biamp by custom request. Lastly, we recommend powering the unit with the Black Dragon Power Cable. The Black Dragon Power Cable is the ultimate power cable designed to be dead quiet and reject all EMI and RFI interference. 4-11Awg Stranded high purity slow drawn Copper conductors are used per cable in a star Quad configuration. The cable has a single 100% coverage shield but can be doubled up for noisy environments plus it is relatively flexible. Pair the M33 with your favorite subwoofer and you’ve got the perfect hifi setup. High-RES Music Streaming. Everywhere. This category of hi-fi streaming amplifier is often associated with complexity—but one of the most compelling aspects of the NAD M33 V2 is its intuitive user experience. A seven-inch touchscreen color display simplifies operation, while the built-in BluOS streaming platform offers seamless multi-room connectivity and Roon Ready integration. Support for Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) audio and over 25 premium and free music services—including Tidal, Qobuz, Amazon Music HD, and Spotify—make the M33 V2 a streaming integrated amplifier that puts an entire musical universe at your fingertips. Combine this with Apple AirPlay 2, Qualcomm aptX HD Bluetooth, and compatibility with local libraries, and your music streaming amplifier becomes a limitless gateway to sonic exploration. Better Sound through Neuroscience Modern neuroscience has revealed that humans can perceive time differences between sounds down to seven microseconds—an insight that now guides NAD’s signal design. The M33 V2, like its predecessor, uses a psychoacoustically tuned signal path to preserve timing accuracy, improving clarity and reducing listener fatigue. Two advanced signal-processing technologies from MQA Labs, including FOQUS, work with upgraded ESS DAC and ADC components to reduce time smear and improve conversion precision. Combined with NAD’s latest implementation of second-generation Eigentakt™ Class D amplifier technology, the NAD M33 V2 integrated amplifier brings you closer to the recording than ever before. Enhanced DIRAC Room Correction Even the best high-end integrated amplifier can’t escape the acoustical limitations of a listening room. That’s why the M33 V2 comes ready for Dirac Live Room Correction, with added support for Dirac Live Bass Control via an optional license. This allows the M33 V2 to optimize both impulse and frequency response by individually calibrating main speakers and subwoofers, tailoring audiophile amplifier performance to your unique environment. Using the included precision measurement microphone, the system calibrates your listening space for optimal sound, whether you’re tuning for music, movies, or multiple seating positions. With five customizable Dirac memory profiles, you can easily adjust for different room configurations and genres—making this the best amp for high-resolution audio and real-world listening. Modular Design for Maximum Flexibility In its standard configuration, the NAD M33 V2 BluOS streaming amp is a complete system—just add speakers. HDMI eARC, digital and analog inputs, a premium MM/MC phono stage, and balanced XLR stereo amplifier inputs and preamp outputs provide everything you need for today and tomorrow. For future expansion, two MDC slots allow for the addition of new modules like the MDC USB DSD, enabling DSD playback and USB audio support. Dual independent subwoofer outputs now offer higher output than the original M33, allowing users to expand easily into multi-subwoofer, Dirac-optimized systems—ideal for home theatre enthusiasts or those seeking reference-grade 2-channel power amp performance with integrated streaming. World-Class Phono and Headphone Connectivity The M33 V2 includes a high-performance MM/MC phono stage, delivering precision RIAA equalization, an infrasonic filter, and robust overload margin—rivaling stand-alone units. Vinyl lovers will appreciate this seamless analog integration in a digital world. For headphone listeners, the high-current discrete headphone amplifier drives even planar-magnetic and low-impedance studio headphones with authority. And for wireless listeners, aptX HD Bluetooth transmission is onboard—making this a truly versatile audiophile amplifier with streaming for any listening preference. Easy Smarthome Integration BluOS integrates seamlessly with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple Siri via AirPlay 2, offering complete voice control. The M33 V2 is also certified for major smart home systems including Crestron, Control4, Lutron, KNX, and more, making it a powerful choice for installers and enthusiasts building a smart, connected home. With free apps for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, and regular updates, the M33 V2 keeps pace with your evolving needs.
