NaceCare DP Hydrowasher

Conquer dirt, spills, and ground-in grime with the NaceCare DP Hydrowasher, a versatile floor cleaning machine built for facility managers, janitorial crews, and restoration professionals who need spotless results on demand. Available in two sizes, it delivers industrial-grade scrubbing power while using minimal water so high-traffic areas can reopen almost immediately. Whether you’re reviving carpeted corridors, refreshing grouted tile, or tackling rubberized gym flooring, the twin counter-rotating brushes loosen and lift debris in one pass. Just fill the onboard solution tanks, squeeze the trigger, and watch this commercial floor cleaner restore surfaces up to 6,000 square feet per hour. Key Features and Benefits of the DP Hydrowasher Two Size Options: Choose the 14-inch DP 420 for tight aisles and elevators, or upgrade to the 22-inch DP 620 to boost productivity in open lobbies and hallways. Twin Counter-Rotating Brushes: Opposing brush action simultaneously agitates fibers and hard surfaces, pulling up embedded dirt for a deeper clean with less effort. Multi-Surface Versatility: Safely cleans carpets and textured tile, reducing the need for multiple machines and streamlining your maintenance routine. Edge-to-Edge Coverage: Low-profile deck reaches right up to baseboards and into corners, eliminating manual detailing and saving valuable labor time. Low-Moisture Operation: Uses just two gallons of solution to cover large areas, cutting drying times and minimizing slip hazards for staff and guests. Quiet Performance: Daytime cleaning is easier thanks to near-conversation noise levels that won’t disrupt office work or customer experiences. Simple One-Trigger Control: Intuitive handling lets new operators get up to speed quickly, no complicated programming or training required. Rugged, Serviceable Design: Heavy-duty motors and straightforward components are built to withstand daily industrial floor cleaning. Generous Power Cord: The 35-foot (DP 420) or 40-foot (DP 620) power cord reach keeps you moving freely across large areas without constant outlet changes. Trolley Accessory: This model is compatible with the NaceCare Duplex Transport Trolley, which allows convenient transport of the unit when it’s not in use. Which Model Fits Your Facility? Both Hydrowasher models share the same cleaning technology, but each is optimized for specific settings. The DP 420’s compact 14-inch path and 57-pound frame excel in congested environments like restaurants, retail aisles, or transportation hubs where space is at a premium. It offers 70 pounds of brush pressure and 780 RPM brush speed that digs deep into grout lines and carpet fibers, yet glides easily, thanks to balanced weight distribution. But if you need higher output, consider the DP 620. With a 22-inch cleaning width, 57 pounds of brush pressure, and a robust 1,500-watt motor, it covers up to 6,000 square feet per hour, making it perfect for hotels, convention centers, and warehouses. Despite its productivity, it runs at a reasonably quiet 64 dB noise level, allowing day-shift crews to clean without disruption.
