N2itive - Alignment Kit 2 – Inner Tire Wear- Tesla Model S/Model X

N2ITIVE’s Alignment Kit 2 with their patent pending ride height compensation kit is designed to address the common inner tire wear issues that plague the Tesla Model S and X.  The latest design is easy to install and allows for the quickest alignments without disturbing your ride height during the alignment process!  No other manufacturer can offer this.  Find out why N2itive is #1 in Tesla suspension and camber kits. With Tesla’s current recommendation to drive with the suspension in the “Low” setting to avoid damage to your half-shafts, this makes inner rear tire wear even worse.  With our alignment kit (camber kit) you get both of our high performance SX-2 adjustable camber arms and our TSX-2  adjustable toe arms with 5x greater extended toe adjustment over factory.  N2itive’s Alignment Kit 2 will completely eliminate inner and uneven tire wear, 100%!  All necessary hardware for a complete installation is included, including our new square toe arm inserts to prevent alignment drift.  Our alignment kits are a complete drop-in replacement for the original Tesla rear camber and toe arms and come preset to the length of the original arms. The alignment kit can be installed by the experienced home mechanic or from a local alignment shop that has experience with aftermarket control arms.  These parts will quickly pay for themselves in the cost of tires alone.  Now you can double or triple your tire life depending on how bad your inner tire wear problem is. All N2itive products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship for years of endurance and come with an unmatched 6-year warranty. The difference between our Alignment Kit 1 and Kit 2 is with the RSX series lowering links. This kit (Alignment Kit 2) does not contain the RSX series lowering links. Kit 1 does. Kit 1 addresses both the acceleration shudder issue as well as inner rear tire wear. Kit 2 only addresses inner rear tire wear. Both of these adjustable control arms are installed in place of your current rear control arms to set a perfectly symmetrical alignment.  The end result is a car with, significantly improved tire wear, far better handling, agility and reduced rolling resistance for better range.  Installing our kit will pay for itself many times over during the time you own your Tesla in the cost of tires alone.  If you suffer from the common inner tire wear issue that so many of us have then you could easily double or triple your tire life.  Beyond that, the safety factor alone is worth it. Everything you need is included in the kit.  Installation can be performed by the experienced home mechanic or you can take it to a local alignment shop that has experience with installing and aligning adjustable control arms. N2ITIVE’s Alignment Kit 2 comes in two variations. Both of the adjustable control arms in the kit come with custom made spherical and annular bushings.  The standard version is fabricated primarily of a strong forged and heat treated high strength aluminum and anodized in a matte red or clear with great corrosion resistance. The upgraded version comes with our multi-alignment bracket on the camber arms plus a lifetime warranty. The finish for these arms is now a natural anodized finish. We are in the process of phasing out the electroless nickel plated finish. Either way you can’t go wrong.  Both versions are stronger than any other brand, including OEM Tesla parts.  After purchase please have the installer and alignment shop visit our installation pages to make sure they install and align the kit correctly!  The alignment shop must follow our alignment specs to eliminate inner tire wear! Why Choose N2ITIVE? When you support N2ITIVE, you’re not just getting the best aftermarket Tesla parts available, but you’re also helping us fund the next step in developing cutting edge innovation with intuitive functionality.   We give you the highest quality parts and craftsmanship at a reasonable price. Everything we create is meticulously well thought-out, precision engineered and FEA and real-world tested!  Continually pushing forward with new innovation, like the patent-pending ride height compensation bracket. This allows your Tesla’s air suspension to maintain a constant ride height now matter how  your alignment tech sets your alignment. Or additionally, the patent-pending multi-alignment scale which allows you to set multiple alignments without having to revisit the alignment shop. This is huge for those who like to race their Teslas on the track and then set a separate alignment for the street to save their tires from premature wear. N2itive is the first and only company to make our camber arm aluminum bodies, high pressure forged with drop forged one-piece rod ends. This improves the strength of the arms tremendously and eliminates any weld point that are notorious for catastrophic failure.  That’s important with the extreme weight of a Tesla. No one else has this. All of their components are custom made - nothing is off the shelf. Take the spherical bushings for instance… made with high strength steel that’s been zinc/nickel plated for amazing wear and corrosion resistance. Each bushing incorporates a Teflon infused Delrin liner for a lifetime of trouble-free, maintenance-free use. You can count on us to only give you the best with all parts and backed up with a 6-year to lifetime hassle-free warranty to the original purchaser.
