My Hat Canvas | Embroidery on Knitting Pattern

This listing is for a knitting pattern, not a hat. ******************************************************** A hint of embellishment elevates this hat to be a truly unique and eye-catching accessory. By incorporating “anchor stitches” into the purl bumps in a panel of reverse stockinette, further embroidery can be added to create a hat that is both fun to create and beautiful to wear! The pattern includes instructions to knit the toque and embroider the the motif in the photographs. Photos and written specifications are provided for the embroidery. Yarn: Viola MCN Worsted 80% Merino wool 10% Cashmere goat 10% Nylon  Aran weight 200 yards (183 meters) per 115 gram skein ~75g of MC (Eclipse) to make the hat ~5g of CC (Reflections) for the embroidery Notes on Yarn Selection: If you are going to incorporate embroidery into your hat, I encourage you to choose a yarn with a high twist, which will be resistant to the friction caused by the additional stitching. Also, I recommend a solid or semi-solid, as the embroidery may be lost in a variegated yarn. Tools: To work in the round: US 5 (3.75 mm) needles US 7 (4.5 mm) needles DPNs or circulars as preferred.
