Once it is infuse you can strain out the debris from the infusion packet (or leave some if desired), pour over ice, and serve.  Add a splash of sparkling water and garnish to create a light and refreshing cocktail spritzer. Infusion packets can be used to flavor cocktails, liquor, liqueur, water,  tea, or even coffee.  Each cocktail infusion kit comes with an infuser packet. For a more intense flavor you can leave the infusion packet in the liquid overnight. Our infusion packets are reusable and can be used to infuse multiple batches.
