My Accomplishments Worksheet

When working toward a goal, it's common to experience periods of feeling stuck or discouraged. This is why tracking and reflecting on accomplishments are effective in boosting motivation and a renewed sense of purpose. The My Accomplishments Worksheet includes specific sections on goals, daily wins, lessons learned, and more. There’s also a space where clients can draw their biggest achievement, which makes them feel proud of their growth. As kids and teens continue using this worksheet, they may gain more than just confidence — they also learn to recognize the value of small wins that might otherwise go unnoticed. Adults can encourage the regular use of this worksheet, particularly during moments of doubt. Consistent recognition, in turn, fuels a child’s ongoing effort.  *This item is an instant digital download. A link to download your files will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
