Muttonhead - 6 Panel - Blank - Forest Waxed Canvas

Six-Panel Canvas Blank with Water-Resistant Wax Finish The Muttonhead 6 Panel Blank in Forest Waxed Canvas delivers a classic, customizable foundation for personal patches or embroidery. Constructed from 100% cotton with a natural wax coating, the hat offers broader crown coverage than five-panel designs, providing extra sun protection and shelter from the elements. Improved fitted construction ensures comfortable wear, while brass hardware and an adjustable leather strap keep it securely in place across varying head sizes. Made entirely in a sweatshop-free factory in Canada, each hat is cut and sewn by hand with attention to construction quality. The waxed finish provides natural water resistance and ages gracefully with wear, developing character and patina over time. Six sewn eyelets positioned on every panel deliver enhanced ventilation, and the antique brass closure adds understated hardware quality to an otherwise blank canvas ready for personal customization.
