Mustard Seed Black (Whole)

Whole black mustard seeds deliver intense heat and bold, pungent flavor. These black mustard seeds are hotter and more pungent than their yellow counterparts, commonly used in African and Indian cuisines. Toast them in oil to release their flavor before adding to curries, pickles, or spice blends. They also add a sharp kick to homemade mustard or roasted vegetables. Details: Certified organic.
