Mussini Balsamic Vinegar Duo

Savor the flavors of Italy through this bundle of exceptional balsamic vinegars from Acetaia Mussini, a family-owned producer rooted in Modena, Italy. Drawing from the rich soils between the Secchia and Panaro rivers, they cultivate prized grape varieties such as Trebbiano, Lambrusco, Grasparossa, and Ancellotta. These form the foundation of their high-quality vinegars. Although aged similarly in wood barrels with a high percentage of cooked grape must, each balsamic has a distinct flavor profile: one balanced and approachable and the other with a deep, bittersweet complexity.  Included in the bundle: Mussini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3 Gold Medals l 8.45 fl oz:  A balanced, approachable flavor with a delicate yet persistent aroma of aged wood, ripe fruit, and gentle acidity. The harmonious blend of sweetness and acidity makes it a versatile choice for daily use, pairing effortlessly with aged cheeses, garden salads, grilled vegetables, and meats. Mussini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 5 Gold Medals l 8.45 fl oz:  This exquisite vinegar offers aromatic notes of precious woods and a subtle acetic vein. On the palate, it is harmonious and persistent, with a pleasantly bittersweet taste and nuanced hints of plum and vanilla.
