Muscle Repair+

Pure Encapsulations Muscle Repair+ Clinically Shown to Accelerate Muscle Repair and Regeneration After Exercise Muscle Repair+ is a studied combination of nicotinamide (vitamin B3) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6) that accelerates muscle cell repair, recovery, and regeneration after exercise.  Nicotinamide and pyridoxine were recently identified as bioactive nutrients that enhance the activation and differentiation of muscle stem cells, which enable skeletal muscles to adapt, grow, and regenerate in response to exercise. This formula is ideal for active adults and athletes seeking support for muscle repair. Key Benefits and Features:  Active adults and athletes seeking support for muscle repair Clinically shown to enhance muscle cell repair from exercise Supports cellular recovery from exercise-induced muscle damage Clinically shown to enhance muscle stem cell activity Clinically studied combination of nicotinamide (vitamin B3, 714 mg) and pyridoxine (vitamin B6, 19 mg)  Ingredients Serving Size: 2 Vegetarian Capsules  Amount/Serving Niacin (as niacinamide)  714 mg Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 19 mg Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose.  Does Not Contain: Wheat, soy, dairy, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, coating, shellacs, GMOs, unnecessary binders, fillers, preservatives, magnesium stearate, trans fat, and hydrogenated oils. More Info.  The clinical efficacy of this combination was evaluated in a randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled trial of 42 healthy men between 18-50 years of age, who received the combination of niacinamide (714 mg) and pyridoxine (19 mg) or placebo for 8 days following eccentric exercise-induced muscle damage triggered by electrical stimulation. Supplementation significantly increased the proportion of actively regenerating muscle fibers relative to placebo after 8 days of daily use following exercise-induced muscle damage. The supplemented group exhibited a 35% greater number of activated muscle stem cells and a 14% mean increase in muscle fiber recovery rate compared to the placebo group. Niacinamide and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) are synthetic Hypoallergenic plant fiber is derived from pine cellulose.
