Patch | Blue Crew Halloween Kids T-Shirt

Meet Patch. 💙 Patch likes knowing what's going to happen. Halloween makes that a little tricky. Different houses. Different people. Different decorations. Different rules. Sometimes Patch stands at the end of the driveway while everyone else runs ahead. He wants to go. He's just not ready yet. And when his thoughts start wrapping themselves around one another, Patch's fingers find the loose end of his mummy wrap. Roll. Unroll. Rub. Roll again. It's something small and predictable his hands can do while he figures out what comes next. Patch is The Steady Starter of the Blue Crew. Sometimes he watches someone else go first. Sometimes he practices what he's going to say. Sometimes he needs another minute. And sometimes, after rolling that little piece of fabric between his fingers... he takes one step forward. Then another. Patch doesn't need someone to drag him toward the door. He needs enough time to walk there himself. Welcome to the Blue Crew 💙 Every member of the Blue Crew experiences the world differently. Some need movement. Some need pressure. Some need quiet. Some find comfort in familiar textures or objects. And some, like Patch, need a little predictability and time before stepping into something uncertain. Taking longer doesn't mean you can't do it. Watching first doesn't mean you're afraid. And needing reassurance doesn't mean someone else should do it for you. Sometimes confidence isn't something you have before you begin. Sometimes you build it one step at a time.
