Multicode 3022 Safety Edge Transmitter

Wireless Safety Edge Transmitter for Motorized Gates and Barrier Arms The Multicode 3022 Safety Edge Transmitter is designed to enhance the safety of motorized gates and barrier arms by providing wireless obstacle sensing. This transmitter works by connecting directly to a safety edge sensor (such as the Miller gate edge sensor) and transmitting signals to the gate operator if an obstruction is detected. This prevents entrapment by signaling the gate to stop or reverse movement. Housed in a weather-resistant fiberglass enclosure, the 3022 transmitter ensures durability in outdoor environments. Its wireless design eliminates the need for traditional coiled cords, providing a cleaner, more discreet solution for gate safety. Compatible with 300 MHz Multi-Code receivers, this transmitter integrates seamlessly into new or existing access control systems. Key Features Wireless Obstacle Detection – Transmits signals from safety edge sensors to gate operators, ensuring immediate response to obstructions. Weather-Resistant Design – Enclosed in fiberglass housing with coated circuitry to protect against moisture and outdoor elements. No Coiled Wires – Provides a clean, efficient installation by eliminating the need for coiled cord connections. Easy Mounting – Mounts directly to the gate or barrier arm using sealed interior screws. Universal Compatibility – Works with 300 MHz Multi-Code receivers (Models 109950 and 302850). Enhanced Safety – Stops or reverses the gate upon obstruction detection, preventing entrapment and ensuring gate compliance with safety standards.
