My lungs usually feel tight after wearing a mask all day but it feels more relieved right now. I tried it normal first. On my 2nd cup, I did add some real lavender to it. It increased the flavor so it tastes better and has a herbal white tea flavor. It also has very good healing properties. I added about a table spoon to the mix (I use a neat hot tea thing that uses loose ingredients so I can make stuff like this one). Overall, its good. I would recommend adding lavender though and it would only make this work that much better (in my opinion lol of course). Also took my banging headache and stress from today away!"  Danielle S.
