MTHFR Support

MTHFR Support helps to mitigate the stressors caused by mental, emotional and physical stress. MTHFR stands for methyl-tetra-hydro-folate reductase, a crucial enzyme coded by the MTHFR gene, A1298T or C677T.  These mutations or variants in one of both genes can have far reaching physiological effects. An individual who has this mutation fails in part to metabolism folic acid, an essential part of the vitamin B family. There are several enzymatic steps to convert dietary folic acid to the bioavailable form. This can lead to deficiency and ultimately accumulation of unwanted amino acids like homocysteine or deficiency in key neurotransmitters that affect your well-being, mood and sleep. The Key to Your Daily Wellness: Our formulation helps to provide the bio-available form of folate, among other key factors, to ensure proper physiological function, detoxification, adequate conversion of key neurotransmitters and recycling of homocysteine to keep you feeling your best.
