Mrs. A's Flour Dusting Wand

Mrs. Anderson's Baking Flour Duster distributes precise coatings of flour to keep dough from sticking. Whether you're kneading bread dough, flouring cake pans or decorating cookies and pastries with sugars or spices, the Flour Duster is considered an essential tool for bakers, cake decorators and pastry chefs among their kitchen gadgets and baking supplies. The spring-action handle allows you to easily control the amount of flour with just one hand; add just a little or add more as you need it. Lightly dust flour on rolling pins, kneading boards and dough for bread, pasta and pizza, to keep them from sticking. Easily coat baking pans and sheets with flour before preparing your cake mix or baking your favorite cookie recipes. The Flour Duster, also called a flour wand, holds 1-2 tablespoons of your ingredient and dusts a finer coating than you could apply by hand. Simply dredge the duster in the flour, or other powdered ingredient, and squeeze to open and fill the duster spring. Position it over your dough and squeeze gently for a lighter dusting, or harder for a heavier coating. Show off your creative side top artisan breads with flour or banana bread with granulated sugar, decorate cupcakes, cookies and tarts with powdered sugar, dust cinnamon or cocoa over crumb cakes, stencil designs on cappuccinos like a barista, even dust semolina under pizza dough - a simple tool that does so much more than dusting work surfaces! Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the duster goes right in the dishwasher for quick-and-easy clean up. Brought to you by HIC Harold Import Co.
