Mrs Anderson's Cooking Torch

This 6-inch cooking torch is designed to apply even, high heat to a variety of foods for finishing purposes. The torch stands upright and should be stored this way to prevent fuel seepage and to ensure counters will not be damaged by the hot tip. It includes a child-proof safety to prevent accidental ignition. A cooking torch is great for crème brulee, adding sheen to chocolate desserts, finishing off a baked Alaska or briefly heating the surface of other pastries and sweets. You can also use it to brown meats, melt cheese on soups or gratins, add a quick finish to casseroles, make great blackened vegetables or wilt vegetables for salads and other dishes. Butane not included.
