Mrs Anderson's 10" Roux Whisk

Mrs. Anderson's Roux Whisk, also known as a flat whisk, is specially designed for blending silky smooth sauces and gravies. The flat profile is ideal for scraping flavorful drippings deglazed from the bottoms and corners of pans and whisking them in with other tasty ingredients. A must-have of cooking utensils for working quickly over a flame and directly in pans when making gravy, blending in thickening agents, making creamy alfredo sauce and hollandaise sauce. It works equally well for whisking fluffy eggs, whipping cream, and more. Easy to use. Simply press the wires against the bottom of the pan and use a flat, circular motion to blend to loosen caramelized ingredients and incorporate them into a smooth consistency. Made from stainless steel, Mrs. Anderson's Roux Whisk is flexible, sturdy, and durable. It hangs for easy storage and is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Measures: 10.25" L x 2.375" W x .75" H
