This polished specimen comes from the High Atlas mine in Morocco. It features bright yellow banded and mossy agate, with other banding in white and shades of oranges and pinks, with a ring of quartz. 6.25" x 2.5" x 1.25" 1lb 7oz Moroccan Agates come in a wide variety of colors and patterns, and can be found in locations all across Morocco. It is known for its brilliant colors and intriguing patterns, it makes superb cabochons and takes an exceptional polish. The great variety makes it an excellent addition to any collection.
