This polished specimen comes from the High Atlas mine in Morocco. This vein agate has a combination of mossy and banded agate in beautiful shades of pink from a peach tone to purple, and opaque white. Hints of reds and golden yellows are along the edges and the very center. 6.5" x 1.5" x 2.5" 14.6oz Moroccan Agates come in a wide variety of colors and patterns, and can be found in locations all across Morocco. It is known for its brilliant colors and intriguing patterns, it makes superb cabochons and takes an exceptional polish. The great variety makes it an excellent addition to any collection.
