Mr. Zou's Silver Needle.

Mr. Zou is the maker behind the Vanilla Aroma Silver Needle and the 2025 Pre Qing Ming Bai Mu Dan.  This years Silver Needle is less aromatic than last year but what it lacks in aroma it makes up for in body and flavor. Upon the first sip the first thing that stands out is the milky body; it's thick and creamy and oh so smooth.  In that body are small notes of lemon and a touch of cooked pea like vegetalness. As of today (4/14) the tea is still very fresh and its main flavors have not developed yet, but you can already see the quality in the making and this is a tea not to miss.
