MPowder Gut Instinct

Award-winning perimenopause & menopause supplement for digestion, bloating, and appetite /  90 capsules MPOWDER Gut-Instinct — winner of Good Housekeeping Institute's "Best Menopause Supplement 2025" — was developed by a team of researchers and naturopaths in response to an urgent need: starting in our mid-30s, our gut microbiota, metabolic rate, and blood sugar levels can be impacted by natural hormone shifts. This can lead to food sensitivities, periodic bloating, and discomfort after eating, which can affect our quality of life and overall health (as well as that of our skin!). To get your gut back in balance, this clever prebiotic formula gently blends the best researched botanicals — like carminatives, bitters, and demulcent herbs — at dosage levels that have seen the strongest results in clinical trials. This naturopathic-led formulation includes ACTAZIN®, a patented botanical extract that has been shown to enhance digestion; Artichoke leaf, a traditional medicine superhero that’s known to target digestion, appetite management, and blood sugar balance; and hard-working ginger and marshmallow root, which help keep the digestive system calm and collected at every stage of perimenopause and menopause. Gut-Instinct is a vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO supplement that can be taken anytime from the start of perimenopause onwards. It can be taken alongside Mood-Food and any of the MPOWDER powdered formulations, too. And, like all MPOWDER products, Gut-Instinct can be used alongside HRT or on its own, depending on your specific situation (please check with your doctor; we cannot advise on medical treatment).
