Mountain Lion Brain Replica

Mountain lion brain replica measures 4.1 x 2.6 x 1.0 inches. The Puma concolor brain is a museum-quality polyurethane resin cast of a CAS specimen. 1:1 scale. Made in USA. The mountain lion is a large wild cat native to the Americas. Its range spans from the Canadian Yukon down to the southern Andes. This massive range is the widest of any large land mammal in the Western Hemisphere. Because it lives in so many places, it has many common names. The coat is plain, uniform sandy color. Fur shades can vary greatly across individuals and siblings. This large cat is a carnivore. It primarily hunts large mammals like deer, elk, and bighorn sheep. It also eats smaller animals like rodents and rabbits when big prey is scarce. The mountain lion is an ambush predator. It stalks quietly though brush or rocky terrain to get close to its target. Then, it leaps powerfully onto the back of the animal. It delivers a sudden, suffocating bite directly to the throat or neck.
