Red Hen | Beeswax Candle

We all know the story of the Little Red Hen—it's a cautionary tale about how we reap what we sow. When the hen asks a duck, a cat, and a dog for help planting some wheat, she gets no takers. They won't cut, thresh, or mill the wheat... or help bake bread with it, either. So guess who eats the bread by herself in the end? The hardworking mama hen. Usually at night after the kids are all asleep. With big slabs of butter, standing in the kitchen by herself, enjoying the peace and quiet and fresh bread.  This is a great gift for the chicken-loving mama in your life.  Made of premium, cosmetic-grade beeswax with no added fragrance or color. Wick is 100% cotton. Weighs about 5oz and is approximately 3.25 inches tall by 2.75 by 4 inches. Each of our candles is a unique, handmade product. Slight variance in size, weight, and color is expected.
