Mositra Session IPA All Grain 2.5 Gallon

Our Mositra Session IPA began with a clear vision; craft a brew that was low enough in alcohol to be sessionable but with flavor big enough to compete with any other beer. Big, bold, aromas of mango, tropical citrus, and stone fruit will hit your nose immediately and upon first taste you will get to experience those tastes directly creating an incredibly unique IPA experience. Low bitterness despite the high IBUs is due to late hop additions. Malt flavor is low but the body is strong enough to provide a healthy backbone for this brew. English yeast further enhances the overall composition of the brew which helps to result in an incredibly balanced, intensely fruity, and easy to drink IPA. Experimental Brewing Ideas Next Level Citrus Our Mositra IPA is bursting with citrus flavor, but sometimes bursting just is not enough. Try adding 2 lbs. of diced, dried apricots to the secondary fermentor and aging for 2-4 weeks on top of it. If you want to save time and money our Natural Apricot Extract does an awesome job too!  Tom Boylan fruit IPA Innovator Culinary Corner Exotic Spice Is Nice Since our Mositra IPA is so juicy for such a small beer we like to pair it with something with a little kick. Thai food, spicy nachos, and/or spicy Italian Meals are pair incredibly well with the Mositra Session IPA!  Love2brew Crew Food & Beer Experimenters
