Moshi C83 Conical Burr Grinder

We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our coffee grinder lineup — the Moshi C83. As the latest addition to our large conical burr family, the Moshi C83 delivers a premium coffee brewing experience for advanced users while offering exceptional value for money. Precision Design, Form Meets Function: The Moshi C83 is meticulously crafted, combining sleek design with high functionality. Its large conical burrs optimize flavor extraction, consistency, and stability, ensuring every grind brings out the best in your coffee. Additionally, the Moshi C83 features an advanced plasma generator, specifically designed to address the persistent issue of static build-up during grinding. This significantly reduces static, allowing for smoother and more uniform grinding, eliminating clumping and uneven particle distribution. Durable and Reliable: Durability and reliability are at the core of the Moshi C83’s design. Built from premium materials with precision engineering, this grinder is designed to withstand daily heavy use and provide years of outstanding performance. Simple, Minimalist Design: The Moshi C83’s design is clean and minimal, reducing unnecessary components and potential failure points. Fewer electronic parts mean fewer opportunities for malfunction, enhancing long-term reliability. Heavy-Duty Metal Construction: With its robust metal construction, the Moshi C83 delivers consistent, reliable, and high-quality performance, whether grinding for espresso, pour-over, or other brewing methods. Its strength and precision make it an indispensable tool for coffee enthusiasts looking to elevate their brewing experience. Conical Burrs: The latest Moshi conical burrs are suitable for both espresso and pour-over brewing. The standard configuration comes with stainless steel conical burrs. Stepless Adjustment: The Moshi C83 features stepless grind adjustment, offering an infinite number of settings between the finest and coarsest grind. This allows users to fine-tune the grind size to the optimal setting for each coffee. The adjustment dial includes reference labels for different coffee types, though these are only guides — every coffee bean can be adjusted according to its unique characteristics and brewing method. Competitive Pricing: Compared to other grinders in its price range, the Moshi C83 excels in build quality, low retention, durability, and grind consistency. It even performs on par with grinders priced at twice its cost. We believe it represents the best value-for-money grinder in its class. Versatile Grinder: The Moshi C83 delivers consistent grinds for a wide range of brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, V60, siphon, cold brew, French press, and drip coffee.  Features & Specifications: 83mm 12-core stainless steel conical burrs Comes with a 58mm aluminum dosing cup; portafilter can be used directly, but dosing cup is recommended Option to grind into the dosing cup or directly into a 58mm portafilter (straight ear such as Rocket, ECM, ect.)
